Does it work for group chats?
Yes. Group exports are fully supported — you'll see a per-person breakdown of messages, words, emoji, and media for everyone in the group.
Should I export with or without media?
Export Without Media. The analyzer only needs the text, and a media-free export is far smaller and faster to process.
Why are some dates or times slightly off?
WhatsApp exports use your phone's date format, which differs by region. The analyzer auto-detects day-first vs month-first formats, but very unusual locale settings can occasionally shift a date.
